Acceptable Use, User Conduct & Zero-Tolerance Policy

Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content and Abusive Users
inTransit has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. By creating an account and using inTransit, you agree not to post, send, share, or transmit any content, and not to engage in any conduct, that is objectionable. Users who violate this policy may have their content removed and their accounts suspended or permanently terminated without notice or refund.

Objectionable content and prohibited conduct include, but are not limited to:
* Harassment, bullying, stalking, threats, intimidation, or hate speech;
* Content that is defamatory, discriminatory, or mean-spirited, including references or commentary targeting religion, race, sexual orientation, gender, national or ethnic origin, disability, or any other protected or targeted group;
* Sexually explicit, pornographic, or obscene material, and solicitation of sexual services or prostitution;
* Violence, threats of violence, or content that promotes or encourages self-harm or harm to others;
* Nudity, or sharing of intimate images without consent;
* Promotion or facilitation of illegal activity, including illegal drugs, weapons, fraud, or scams;
* Spam, phishing, or solicitation to move conversations or payments off-platform;
* Impersonation of another person or misrepresentation of your identity;
* Sharing another person’s private or personal information without consent;
* Any content that is unlawful, offensive, harmful, or otherwise inappropriate.

Content Moderation and Filtering
inTransit automatically screens messages and profile content and blocks prohibited words and content from being posted. This automated filtering is in addition to human review of reported content.

Reporting and Blocking
Every user profile and conversation provides tools to Report and Block other users. Reports are reviewed promptly, and we take appropriate action — including content removal and account suspension or termination — typically within 24 hours. Blocking a user takes effect immediately and prevents further contact.

Enforcement
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to remove any content and to suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates this policy or that we otherwise deem objectionable, harmful, or abusive, with or without notice. Repeated or egregious violations will result in permanent removal from the platform.

Your Agreement
By using inTransit, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Acceptable Use and Zero-Tolerance Policy, and you accept that there is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users on inTransit.
